This was a built-up, but since it was snapped together with no glue, it was easy to disassemble. I cleaned, waxed and polished the body; painted the undercarriage with buffable metalizer; foiled the bumper, exhaust, fuel tank straps, handles & mudflaps; drybrushed the headlights, grill and mufflers; foiled & detail painted the cab lights. It sounds like a lot, but it was mostly just quick detail stuff.

I foiled the mudflaps in gold to see what it looked like. I kind of like it! This model has a really cool "stance", very dynamic. It really has a great sense of motion with the wrinkled slicks and the nose-in-the-air attitude!
